SMS & Phone Terms

Clear, consent-based communication for freight operations and service support. High Speed Freight Inc uses RingCentral for its business phone and text messaging services.

Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who is contacting you and why

High Speed Freight Inc is a motor carrier operating under USDOT 3888102 and MC-1428590. We carry customer freight under our own motor-carrier authority; we are not a freight broker and do not own the cargo we transport. Our business phone and SMS channels connect our operations team with authorized drivers, shippers, brokers and other shipment contacts.

The service messaging program covers quote follow-up, equipment or appointment coordination, dispatch instructions, pickup and delivery updates, shipment status, document requests, and account or support matters connected to our services. This program does not enroll you in marketing, purchased-list outreach or third-party lead generation.

2. Your choice to receive texts

Providing a phone number, submitting a quote, accepting general terms, or using the Driver App does not by itself consent to SMS. The website provides a separate, optional checkbox, left unchecked by default. You can submit a quote without selecting it. Consent is not a condition of purchasing transportation services; email and ordinary business calls remain available.

If you opt in, you agree to receive the service message types described at the point of consent, which may include automated updates. We retain the relevant consent statement, version, submitted number, request reference and submission time to document your choice. A submitted number is not itself proof of control of that number; the operations team must verify uncertain or disputed consent before sending.

A text that you initiate permits a response to that conversation; it is not blanket permission for unrelated or recurring messages. A request about one shipment is not consent to every future campaign. Separate consent is needed for a new purpose.

3. Frequency, rates and delivery

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Frequency depends on the request, dispatch or active shipment. Your mobile provider determines messaging charges. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by coverage, network or provider restrictions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety instructions. Use the established dispatch or emergency channel.

4. Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to the business number that sent the message to withdraw SMS consent. We honor other recognized opt-out keywords and clear requests to stop. A final non-marketing opt-out confirmation may be sent. Further service messages stop unless you give valid new consent; we do not route around a block using another number.

Reply HELP for assistance, or use App Support and the business contact below. You can also report a wrong number or withdraw consent through that contact. Do not send another person’s private account details. If you later want texts again, contact operations to re-enroll through a supported consent process.

Contact details appear after a human action to reduce automated harvesting.

SMS opt-out does not delete your Driver App account. Use Account & Data Deletion for that separate request.

5. Phone calls, privacy and service providers

We use business voice calls to discuss freight requests, dispatch, pickup and delivery arrangements and support. Our website’s SMS checkbox applies only to SMS and is separate from permission for calls or other communications. It does not authorize automated marketing calls. If a call is recorded, any required notice and consent must be provided before recording begins.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. RingCentral, telecommunications carriers and processors may handle the minimum information needed to deliver messages, honor opt-outs, secure the service or meet legal obligations; they may not use it for their own marketing. Other sharing described in our Privacy Policy does not extend SMS consent to another sender or purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected, its uses, service providers, retention and privacy requests. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials or sensitive identity documents by ordinary text.

6. Confirm a suspicious message

Caller ID and sender names can be spoofed. Verify a message through the business contact on this website and compare our USDOT and MC identifiers with the official FMCSA carrier profile. Independently confirm unexpected payment or bank-detail changes before acting. A claim of affiliation in a text is not proof of identity.

These terms describe our business communication program. They do not claim that RingCentral, Google, Apple or a mobile carrier has certified or endorsed High Speed Freight Inc. The Terms of Service also apply to the website and Driver App.
