Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how High Speed Freight Inc handles information through its website and private iOS and Android carrier operations platform.

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy applies to High Speed Freight Inc (“High Speed,” “we,” “us”) websites, mobile or web applications, carrier dispatch tools, authorized load-opportunity feeds, response features, and support services (the “Platform”). High Speed operates as a motor carrier, not a property broker. It transports customer freight under its own motor-carrier authority and does not take title to that freight. This Policy does not replace the privacy notices of brokers, shippers, load boards, app stores, or other independent services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, email, phone, login and account settings.
  • Authentication information: account identifier, display name, email address, authentication tokens, and related login information supplied by Google, Apple, or another sign-in provider, depending on the method a user chooses.
  • Company and equipment information: High Speed authority, insurance or compliance information, assigned vehicle type, dimensions, capacity, service area, and availability.
  • Load activity: viewed High Speed opportunities or assignments, availability responses, company-directed bids, timestamps, broker or shipper responses, confirmations, and related operational communications.
  • Location and trip information: precise or approximate location of the authorized driver’s device, location timestamps, trip progress, duty or availability status, and pickup, delivery, or other shipment milestones when location and dispatch features are enabled.
  • Website quote information: origin, destination, dates, cargo details, dimensions, weight, notes, and contact information submitted through the quote form.
  • Support and communications: messages, call notes, feedback, and records needed to resolve a request or dispute.
  • Device and security data: browser or device type, operating system, app version, device or installation identifiers, push-notification token, IP address, approximate area inferred from IP, timestamps, diagnostic or crash logs, and security events.
Driver App location: with the driver’s device permission, the iOS and Android Driver App may collect precise location of the driver’s device while the app is in use and in the background, including when the app is closed, when location sharing is enabled for authorized High Speed transportation work. Location supports dispatch and operation of vehicles under High Speed’s motor-carrier authority, shipment progress, pickup and delivery activity, ETA, safety, security, and support. It is not used to monitor unrelated personal activity. The app must present a clear in-app explanation before requesting device permission.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card data, bank credentials, medical data, or government identification unless High Speed provides a specifically authorized secure workflow and corresponding notice.

3. Sources of information

We receive information from you; authorized High Speed account administrators; brokers, shippers, load boards, and integration partners involved in High Speed transportation; service providers; and automatically from the device or browser used to access the Platform.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate authorized High Speed users; verify driver and equipment eligibility; display High Speed load opportunities or assignments; transmit authorized availability responses or company-directed bids; provide dispatch instructions; coordinate pickup and delivery; understand trip progress; estimate arrival times; communicate status to authorized shipment parties; support drivers and operations personnel; improve reliability; prevent fraud, double brokerage, cargo theft, and misuse; enforce agreements; and comply with legal, insurance, safety, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Authentication-provider information is used to sign in, secure, and connect an authorized user to the correct Platform account. High Speed does not use Google or Apple account information for advertising and does not sell it.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

  • load boards, brokers, shippers, and other authorized transaction participants when High Speed evaluates, accepts, or performs a load under its motor-carrier authority;
  • authorized High Speed dispatch, safety, support, and operations personnel who need the information for their work;
  • brokers, shippers, customers, and other authorized shipment parties when operational status, arrival, progress, or ETA information is needed for an active shipment; exact driver location is not published to the general public;
  • hosting, authentication, email, security, communications, mapping, push-notification, diagnostics, support, and other vendors processing data for High Speed;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and authorities when needed for compliance, claims, safety, fraud prevention, or legal process;
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third-party transaction participants may use information under their own contracts and privacy notices. Review their terms before responding to a load opportunity.

6. Sale, advertising, and tracking choices

High Speed does not sell personal information, including precise location, for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Platform does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising. Essential security and service providers may still process data to operate the Platform.

Because there is no uniform browser “Do Not Track” standard, the Platform does not currently change essential processing in response to DNT signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an approved opt-out preference signal, High Speed will honor it for the processing covered by that law.

7. Website providers and cookies

The website uses limited technical storage and network information needed for security and operation. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-check information to help prevent automated abuse. Resend processes quote-form email delivery information. The website does not maintain a separate quote database, but the business inbox, providers, and security logs may retain operational records.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including while an account is active and for legitimate dispatch, completed-transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, insurance, and legal-record periods afterward. Location and trip records are retained according to operational, safety, customer-service, dispute, and legal needs and are deleted or deidentified when they are no longer reasonably necessary, subject to required records and legal holds. Retention depends on the record type and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update account information through available settings or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. You can manage location permission in iOS or Android device settings. Disabling location stops the app from receiving new device location through that permission but may limit location-dependent dispatch features. Depending on your state and our legal obligations, you may have additional rights to limit certain processing, opt out, or appeal a decision. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may verify identity, account authority, and an agent’s authorization before acting.

To close an account or request deletion, use the in-app deletion control and follow the current instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page. We will delete or deidentify information that is not required for security, completed transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, insurance, safety, tax, or dispute records.

For another privacy request, use the subject “Privacy Request.” If you disagree with our response, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the requested review.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for authorized business users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and do not permit minors to create driver accounts.

11. United States operations and third-party links

The Platform is operated in the United States and is designed for United States freight operations. Information may be processed in states other than where a user is located. Links and integrations operated by third parties are governed by those parties, and High Speed is not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Platform changes. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes may be presented in the Platform and may require renewed acknowledgment.
