Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how High Speed Freight Inc handles information through its website and developing dispatch and load-bidding platform.

Effective and last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy applies to High Speed Freight Inc (“High Speed,” “we,” “us”) websites, mobile or web applications, dispatch tools, load-opportunity feeds, bidding features, and support services (the “Platform”). It does not replace the privacy notices of load boards, brokers, shippers, app stores, or other independent services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, email, phone, login and account settings.
  • Carrier and equipment information: USDOT or MC identifiers, operating authority, insurance or compliance information you provide, vehicle type, dimensions, capacity, service area, and availability.
  • Bid and load activity: viewed opportunities, search criteria, lane preferences, bids, timestamps, responses, confirmations, and related operational communications.
  • Website quote information: origin, destination, dates, cargo details, dimensions, weight, notes, and contact information submitted through the quote form.
  • Support and communications: messages, call notes, feedback, and records needed to resolve a request or dispute.
  • Device and security data: browser or device type, IP address, approximate area inferred from IP, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events.
Precise location: the current website does not request precise GPS or background location. If the application later introduces a location-dependent feature, High Speed will provide an in-app explanation, request device permission, and update this Policy before collecting precise or background location.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card data, bank credentials, medical data, or government identification unless High Speed provides a specifically authorized secure workflow and corresponding notice.

3. Sources of information

We receive information from you; the carrier or business administering your account; authorized load boards, brokers, shippers, and integration partners; service providers; and automatically from the device or browser used to access the Platform.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; verify eligibility and carrier details; display relevant load opportunities; transmit user-selected bids; support dispatch operations; communicate about accounts, loads, bids, and support; improve reliability and usability; prevent fraud, double brokerage, cargo theft, and misuse; enforce agreements; and comply with legal, insurance, safety, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

  • load boards, brokers, shippers, carriers, and other transaction participants when you view, bid on, or pursue a load;
  • hosting, email, security, communications, mapping, support, and other vendors processing data for High Speed;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and authorities when needed for compliance, claims, safety, fraud prevention, or legal process;
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third-party transaction participants may use information under their own contracts and privacy notices. Review their terms before submitting a bid.

6. Sale, advertising, and tracking choices

High Speed does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Platform does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising. Essential security and service providers may still process data to operate the Platform.

Because there is no uniform browser “Do Not Track” standard, the Platform does not currently change essential processing in response to DNT signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an approved opt-out preference signal, High Speed will honor it for the processing covered by that law.

7. Website providers and cookies

The website uses limited technical storage and network information needed for security and operation. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-check information to help prevent automated abuse. Resend processes quote-form email delivery information. The website does not maintain a separate quote database, but the business inbox, providers, and security logs may retain operational records.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including while an account is active and for legitimate dispatch, transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, insurance, and legal-record periods afterward. Retention depends on the record type and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update account information through available settings or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Depending on your state and our legal obligations, you may have additional rights to limit certain processing, opt out, or appeal a decision. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may verify identity, account authority, and an agent’s authorization before acting.

To close and delete an account, use the in-app deletion control when available or email operations@highspeedfreightinc.com with the subject “Account Deletion.” We will close the account and delete or deidentify information that is not required for security, completed transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute records.

For another privacy request, use the subject “Privacy Request.” If you disagree with our response, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the requested review.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for business users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and do not permit minors to create driver or carrier accounts.

11. United States operations and third-party links

The Platform is operated in the United States and is designed for United States freight operations. Information may be processed in states other than where a user is located. Links and integrations operated by third parties are governed by those parties, and High Speed is not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Platform changes. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes may be presented in the Platform and may require renewed acknowledgment.
