High Speed Freight Inc provides a private mobile operations application for authorized High Speed drivers operating vehicles under our motor-carrier authority. It connects load opportunities, bids, dispatch instructions, shipment milestones, communication, and location-aware coordination in one secure workflow.
Restricted access: accounts are provided only to High Speed drivers and operational personnel authorized for transportation performed under High Speed Freight Inc’s motor-carrier authority. This is not a public load board or public tracking service.
Application purpose

The app helps an authorized driver work with High Speed Freight Inc dispatch. It is designed for business transportation activity—not advertising, entertainment, or covert monitoring.
Receive dispatch
Access pickup, delivery, cargo, timing, contact, and operational instructions connected to the authorized account.
Report milestones
Share arrival, pickup, transit, delivery, and exception updates with the operations team.
Stay connected
Use account and shipment communication to reduce uncertainty and support timely operational decisions.
Location transparency
Precise location has a clear dispatch purpose.
With the driver’s device permission, the app may collect the location of the driver’s device while in use and in the background, including when the app is closed, when location sharing is enabled for authorized High Speed transportation work.
Location is used to support dispatch and operation of vehicles under High Speed’s motor-carrier authority, including trip progress, pickup and delivery activity, estimated arrival times, safety, security, and support. It is not used to monitor unrelated personal activity. The app must explain this use before presenting the iOS or Android location-permission request.
Location is available only to authorized operational personnel and service providers that need it to operate the service.
Authorized brokers, shippers, or customers may receive relevant shipment status or ETA information. Driver location is not published to the general public.
Drivers can manage device permissions in iOS or Android settings. Disabling location may limit location-dependent dispatch features.
High Speed does not sell precise location and does not use it for behavioral advertising.

Authorized sign-in
Depending on the sign-in method selected, an authentication provider such as Google or Apple may supply an account identifier, display name, email address, and authentication data used to sign in and secure the authorized user account.
Never use while driving
Drivers must review opportunities, place bids, type, and interact with the app only when lawfully parked. App status never replaces safe operation, inspections, route decisions, or hours-of-service responsibilities.
Rights and deletion
Drivers can review our data practices and request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, subject to required transaction, safety, insurance, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, and legal records.
