1. What the Driver App does
The High Speed Freight Inc Driver App is a private carrier-operations tool for authorized High Speed drivers operating vehicles under the company’s motor-carrier authority. It helps users review High Speed load opportunities or assignments, submit availability responses or company-directed bids while safely parked, receive dispatch details, report shipment milestones, communicate with operations, and share device location for authorized transportation work after granting the required permission.
Access is limited to approved business users. The app is not a public load board, consumer navigation service, or public driver-tracking service.
2. Account and sign-in help
Use the sign-in method connected to your authorized Driver App account. If you cannot sign in, confirm that your internet connection is available, your email address is entered correctly, and you are using the Google, Apple, or other sign-in method originally connected to the account.
If access is still unavailable, contact operations. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or copies of identification by ordinary email unless an authorized High Speed representative provides a secure process for a specific need.
3. Location permissions and troubleshooting
Location-dependent dispatch features require the permission described in the app and selected in iOS or Android settings. Depending on the operating system and feature in use, the app may need precise location and background location to support an active shipment, trip progress, pickup and delivery activity, operational status, and estimated arrival times.
- Confirm that Location Services are enabled for the device and that the Driver App has the location permission requested by its in-app disclosure.
- Confirm that mobile data or Wi-Fi is available and that battery-saving or background-data restrictions are not preventing the app from updating during authorized dispatch work.
- Install the current app version available to your account, then close and reopen the app if a status or location update appears delayed.
- If the problem continues, tell operations whether it affects one load or all app activity and include the approximate time it occurred.
You control device-level location permission through iOS or Android settings. Disabling permission stops new location access through that permission but may limit features that depend on current trip or dispatch location.
4. Load opportunities, bids, and dispatch details
Load availability and third-party responses can change. A submitted bid is not a booked load. A load is confirmed only after the applicable broker, shipper, load board, or authorized source issues confirmation and the carrier accepts the governing rate confirmation or transportation agreement.
Before submitting a bid, review the lane, schedule, cargo, dimensions, weight, equipment, rate, accessorials, and operating requirements. Report an incorrect or missing load detail to operations before accepting or performing the load.
5. Safe use
The app does not replace the driver’s responsibility for safe vehicle operation, inspections, route decisions, cargo securement, hours-of-service compliance, lawful parking, or communication required by the carrier and shipment documents.
6. Contact support
Use the protected business contact below for support or the business mailing address.
To help us investigate, include your name and authorized High Speed account, the app version, iOS or Android version, device model, the relevant load or trip reference, the approximate time of the problem, and a description or screenshot that does not expose passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary personal information.
7. Policies and account deletion
Review the Privacy Policy for data practices, the Terms of Service for platform rules, and the Account & Data Deletion page for instructions to close an account or request deletion.
